Douglas Gerber

Founder and CEO of FocusOne Douglas Gerber has committed himself to empowering executives and creating high performance teams for over 30 years, serving in Vice-President, Sales, Marketing and General Management positions for global corporations.

He has motivated thousands of executives and teams to operate at peak performance and achieve success. Douglas is an accredited Executive Coach, IAF Certified Professional Facilitator and is certified with Harrison Assessments.

During his 23 years as a corporate executive spanning ten countries, Douglas has made notable achievements:

  • While with Kodak China, Douglas led the consumer & retail businesses in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan to #1 share position, thereby propelling growth, share and profits.  His marketing and account management acumen was largely responsible for trajectory into leadership position
  • During his tenure with PepsiCo, Douglas created and motivated a world-class organization of 2,500 front-liners and managers in Greater China. He worked together with global customers such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Hard Rock Café, Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven, Carrefour, Diary Farm and Warner Bros., to create stellar growth and business partnerships
  • As an entrepreneur, Douglas has set up several successful businesses in Asia focusing on personal/ team success and wellness

Douglas has lived and worked in Asia for over 30 years and speaks 8 languages, including Mandarin Chinese.

One of his personal passions and life mission is to help people in Asia to achieve a better life. He is ery committed to a charity in China & Tibet which he serves as Director, that builds schools and hospitals in the region.
Douglas holds a Masters Degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management
