Objective: Increasing Engagement and Motivation

Description: Individuals examine their current jobs to break down different aspects and categorize them based on levels of passion. They then consider strategies to increase the involvement in those activities that motivate, and decrease those that do not. The key is focus. Individuals begin to realize that they can significantly increase the sense of passion by focus on those motivating activities. In some cases, when considering at the organizational level, certain tasks can be swapped on this basis.
Results: Individuals experience higher levels of motivation and engagement. They appear more focused, with greater energy and commitment. Employees appreciation that the organization cares about their engagement and satisfaction.
