Description: Most executives’ image is created by default; in other words based on sound bites in the organization. These may or may not result in the desired image. During this process the executive crafts the desired image, taking into account his existing image and his goals and objectives. Strategies are created to communicate the desired image in consistent and creative ways.
Results: Executives move from “image by chance” to “image by design”. This increases the success rate in achieving organization goals as well as goals with stakeholders within and outside of the organization.
