Interaction – Team Facilitation
Description: A process by which a team comes together to provide feedback in a structured, safe yet impactful way. Each person sits in a “hot seat”, and is provided feedback on his / her contribution to the team by all other team members. The facilitation methodology is key for success.
Results: Teams can expect a new level of honesty and transparency with new openness of communication as a result. Grudges, gripes and biases start to disappear, to be replaced by acceptance and embracing other team members. The formation of a new level of trust starts to appear.
